What are your fitness goals? Do you want to get stronger? Do you want to gain flexibility? How can I help you? I know that I hate going to the gym to use machines for cardio or strength conditioning. It is too monotonous for me. I find it to be boring and I lose interest and motivation working out this way too easily. Does this sound like you? When I discovered aerial and flexibility training I fell in love with it because I could combine my passion of the arts with my training. I love to dance and now I feel like I can get a workout while dancing in the air. I would love to share this experience with you.
The first question I ask all of my students is, “what is your goal training with me?” I began teaching aerial and flexibility classes in 2006, before many classes like this were offered. Many of the students I taught back then have become professional performers and coaches. If you want to turn your hobby into a profession or know what it takes to become a performer with the skills and techniques you have built, I will guide you through showmanship secrets and techniques to help your success.
